If you’re like me, you’ve either quit or considered quitting most of the jobs you’ve had.

Maybe you've been told, you're the problem..

because you don't like the people, the place, the job

And that you think that you have to suck it up, endure…

because you have to pay the bills, pay off debt, or it has to look good on the resume

And you’re either still figuring out your career in the corporate world

Or

taking the scary steps to start your own thing.

Well, I’ve been job hopping for 10+ years (haven’t stopped yet!).

Basically, since I started my professional career…

And I believe it’s THE tool to find your purpose,

make money,

learn about yourself,

and if you’re looking for a dream job, to find it.

My specialty is in repurposing the corporate ladder so that…

you don’t have to keep working in a cubicle or 9-5 for the rest of your life…

unless you want to.

“The resume:”

  • I graduated with a Bachelor’s in English and have worked in communications/marketing/design in non-profit, government, government contracting, private/for profit, and freelance sectors

  • Received certifications in different modalities along my job-hopping career: Women’s Health Coaching, 200 Yoga Teacher, 100 Yin Yoga, Kettlebell

(because I like to learn about the body/mind/spirit/heart it's what helps us live and move better and stay connected to ourselves so we can make better decisions for our lives)

  • While it was useful to learn where to put a comma, spell check, and create a brand voice…

(mostly it was a lot of learning about how people are, office politics, understanding the ins and outs of society, emotional intelligence, and all the things they don't teach in school!)

  • I became the unofficial career and guidance counselor for colleagues at work - this is how my business was born!

My job became about helping others manage their jobs, quit and find another one, or create their own thing

All career journeys are made up of stories.

  • The story a family member or loved one told you about how to make the most money. Or how to be successful.

  • The story you’ve seen friends and colleagues live as they’ve climbed up, down, or off the corporate ladder trying to reach a mythological glass ceiling.

  • And now your story, which maybe you’ve recited during job interviews (trying to play a part) or have tried to convince yourself to create in your lifestyle.

Now is your time to rewrite or edit your story.

If you're into “who am I” type quizzes and tools, we're going to get along :)

  • In Western astrology: Cancer sun, Taurus moon, and Sagittarius rising

  • In Myers-Briggs: INFJ (or ENFJ, if I’m feeling extra extroverted)

  • In Human Design 1/3 Splenic Projector

  • Top 5 Gallup strengths: Relator, Connectedness, Intellection, Context, Arranger

  • In Enneagram: 4

  • In Natalie Kent’s Creator Types: Lava, Ocean, Mountain, Snow

Your career doesn’t start or end with a job,

it’s all about you.

This is your story.

Your story can have different crossroads along the way.

So..

  • if you’re still climbing the corporate ladder and looking for your next job so that 1) it’ll fit your lifestyle more, 2) you can try a new industry, 3) quit, because maybe you’ve never done it or you’re not sure how this service is for you Design Your Path
